Altona North
Soccer Club
A family-oriented community football club based in Brooklyn since 1975. Meet the club, the people behind it, and find out how to become part of the ANSC family.
A community club
built on football and family
Altona North Soccer Club has called D.N. Duane Reserve home since 1975. What began as a small grassroots club founded by a tight-knit group of local families has grown into one of Melbourne's west's most respected community football clubs, with players ranging from five-year-olds in our Miniroos program through to senior men competing in Football Victoria State League 2 North/West.
Half a century
of community football
From our first match at Duane Reserve in 1975 to back-to-back senior league titles in 2019 and 2025, the ANSC story is one of grassroots beginnings, fierce local rivalries through the 1990s, and a modern era of promotion and progress. The navy blue, white and red have stayed the same, but the club has grown in every other way.
Explore our full history timeline, our honours board, the story behind the crest and colours, and a proper look at the home ground we have called ours for five decades.

The volunteers,
coaches and committee
A football club is the people who run it. At ANSC that means the committee who give up their nights and weekends to keep the club on its feet, the coaching staff leading the senior and reserves squads into the 2026 season, and half a century of past presidents, secretaries and life members whose names are written into our honours board.
Meet Bob Stojcevski and the 2026 senior coaching group, get to know the committee running the club, and see the names that have shaped Altona North across five decades.
